Today, through its products and research, Syhunt is actively engaged in assisting government agencies in countries such as Germany, Brazil, India and others to strenghten their application security posture. Last month, Syhunt published a special report on the ransomware threat to global organizations that showed that the European organizations are the second most targeted by ransomware groups and exposed on the Dark Web.
From 2019 up to this year, nearly four hundred European organizations became victims, attacked and leaked by ransomware groups. We showed that the United Kingdom is the most-attacked country in Europe, followed by France, Italy and Germany. Syhunt warns that the forementioned increased cyberthreat posed by organized ransomware groups coupled with the recent increase in geopolitical tensions, such as the on-going conflict in Ukraine, may lead to a sharp increase and major escalation in cybersecurity hostilities.
To help Europe overcome such new challenges, through its regional partners and its arsenal of application security tools, Syhunt is ready and committed to help Europe strengthen its application security capabilities. Effective immediately, Syhunt will provide special assistance to European agencies and businesses in the ways described below.
- European government and military agencies seeking to license our application security software will be able to obtain 2 to 4-year subscriptions with meaningful discounts that can reach up to 50 percent.
- Non-governmental European organizations and businesses seeking to license our application security software will be able to obtain 1 to 3-year subscriptions with meaningful discounts that can reach up to 33 percent.
- This condition applies as well to most Syhunt services.
