The single target license comes in four flavors - Dynamic, Code Web and Hybrid, each targeted at a different set of needs. All licenses include 1 seat, 1 target domain, and 1 year of technical support, upgrades and vulnerability updates. Note that for the same target domain you can have a development URL and a production URL.
