Policy for the Homologation of Collaborators and Partners

Purpose

To establish minimum criteria for the homologation of individuals and entities that collaborate with Syhunt ("the company"), ensuring that they are reliable, trustworthy, and capable of maintaining a professional or commercial relationship in line with the organization’s values and principles.

Scope

This policy applies to:

  1. Internal collaborators: employees, interns, and professionals directly hired by the company.
  2. External collaborators: service providers, consultants, sales representatives, authorized distributors, and other strategic partners.

Guidelines

1. Documentation and Regularity

For internal collaborators: submission of personal documents, proof of education, employment and tax records.

For external collaborators: proof of legal existence of the company (Business ID or equivalent), tax compliance, and basic registration information.

2. Integrity and Compliance

Background checks (when applicable) for positions of trust.

Verification of market history and references for commercial partners and distributors.

Assurance that there are no legal restrictions or involvement in illicit activities.

3. Evaluation of Competence and Capacity

For internal collaborators: analysis of professional experience and adherence to the job profile.

For partners/distributors: verification of technical capacity, infrastructure, client portfolio, and alignment with the company’s quality standards.

4. Approval

Homologation is granted after document review and validation by the responsible department.

In the case of authorized distributors or strategic partners, approval must also be confirmed by the company’s management.

5. Monitoring and Review

Internal collaborators: subject to a probationary period and periodic performance evaluations.

External partners: periodically reassessed based on performance indicators (delivery, quality, relationship).

Homologation may be suspended or canceled in the event of non-compliance with requirements, breach of trust, or irregularities.

Notes

The company reserves the right to conduct additional checks in critical or higher-risk cases.

The formalization of authorized distributors and external partners must include a specific contract, defining the rights and obligations of both parties.
