Customer Approval and Validation Policy
1. Commercial Model
Syhunt ("the Company") operates in the market through authorized distributors and resellers, not selling directly to end customers, except in historical situations prior to the appointment of official distributors.
2. Distributor Approval
The formal approval process conducted by the Company applies exclusively to authorized distributors and resellers, who are assessed regarding their integrity, technical capability, legal, tax, and financial standing, ensuring they meet the requirements to represent the brand in the market.
3. End-Customer Approval
The approval and assessment of end customers are the responsibility of the authorized distributors/resellers, who must verify legal compliance, financial capacity, tax status, and any other requirements necessary for a direct commercial relationship.
4. Exceptions – Preexisting Direct Relationships
In cases where the commercial relationship with end customers is direct with the manufacturer and originated before the appointment of authorized distributors, no formal approval process was in place, as such process had not yet been established. For these customers, the Company maintains only an internal reference record.
5. Customer Data Validation by the Manufacturer
Regardless of the commercial model, the Company carries out complementary validation of customer data to ensure compliance and security in the use of its products, including:
- Controlled delivery of software licenses, which are only issued to corporate email addresses previously authorized and provided by the customer’s commercial department during the purchase process;
- Integrity checks and background verification, to ensure that licenses are not issued to shell entities, irregular organizations, or potential actors involved in illicit activities, including cybercrime.
