Syhunt Session Launcher (Seslaunch.exe) is an alternative GUI application for Syhunt that adds concurrent scans support. It supports a specified number of session threads and host threads. A beta scheduling feature is also available in the tool.
Session threads
- By default a maximum of 2 sessions, and 5 hosts (per session) is used, but it is possible to configure this (increase/decrease) via the Threads toolbar.
- This means that, by default, 2 sessions will be executed concurrently and sessions in excess will be on queue.
Host threads
- If you specify multiple target hosts they will be scanned concurrently. You can adjust this using the "max. hosts" option via the Threads toolbar.
Multi-process
- Each host thread is a separate process in the memory, automatically managed by Syhunt.
